HUMAN CAPITAL: HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT IN 21ST CENTURY

This article aims to study human capital and the human resources development in the 21st century, which is an important mechanism for the organization to succeed. From the literature review and related theoretical concepts, it is found that human capital development is an ongoing process that must be continued in order to deliver work’s efficiency and affect high performance. To develop human capital to the competitive potential, it is the most important to strengthen human resources. The emphasizes are changing thinking process to innovative thinking process, creative thinking, holistic thinking including shifting paradigm and behavioral to be far-sight vision, ability to lead and stimulate new changes. This emphasizes are adjusted to the changing global trends and society accordingly.
