Knowledge Sharing and Creative Organizational Climate Affecting Innovation Capability : A Case Study of Companies in Food Industry Listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the knowledge sharing of employees, 2) to study the creative organizational climate, 3) to study the innovation capability, and 4) to study knowledge sharing and creative organizational climate affecting innovation capability. The research procedure involved the integration of qualitative and quantitative approaches. The population of quantitative research was the employees of organizations in Food Industry listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET). The key informants of qualitative research were the managers who involve with innovation of organization. The quantitative research data were analyzed, using correlation and multiple regressions analysis. The qualitative research data were analyzed, using content analysis.
The results of this study showed that; the knowledge sharing of employee was at high level, the creative organizational climate was at high level, and the innovation capability was at almost always in performing level. The knowledge sharing and creative organizational climate had positive affecting innovation capability. The results of multiple regressions analysis revealed the knowledge sharing behavior, the organizational encouragement, and the freedom had positive affecting innovation capability.
