Influence of School Administrator Leadership through School Culture, School Organization and Teachers’ Works on Student Quality in Primary Schools under the Office of Basic Education Commission

The purposes of this research were: 1) To build the model of the Influence of school administrator leadership through school culture, school organization, and teachers’ works on student quality in primary schools under the Office of Basic Education Commission, 2) To assessment the influence of school administrator leadership through school culture, school organization and teachers’ works on student quality in primary schools under the Office of Basic Education Commission, and 3) To compare the model of leadership of school administrators that effect on student quality in primary schools under the Office of Basic Education Commission by school size. The population were 783 teachers from primary schools under the Office of Basic Education Commission in the year 2013. The research instrument was a questionnaire constructed by the researcher. The data were analyzed, using computer programs, in terms of percentage, mean, standard deviation, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis. The Path Analysis by LISREL was used to examine the influence of school administrator leadership through school culture, school organization, and teachers’ works on student quality.
The research results indicated that were: 1) The model of School administrator leadership through school culture, school organization, and teachers’ works on student quality is conformed to empirical data, 2) School administrator leadership is the open system model and indirect effect on student quality through school culture and teachers’ works, and 3) The model of School administrator leadership that effect on student quality is different way by school size. The small school and the middle school administrator leadership are the open system model, the large school administrator leadership are the human relation model.
