Temporary Suspension of New Article Submissions

The Journal of Development Studies would like to announce a temporary suspension of new article submissions
during the period of September – December 2026.

This is due to the high volume of articles currently being submitted and processed. To ensure efficient operation and maintain the quality and standards of the article evaluation process,

submissions will resume in January 2027 onwards.

The Journal of Development Studies thanks all authors for their interest and trust in submitting their work for consideration for publication.
