The Ethical Leadership Development of School Administrator under the Bangkok Metropolitan

The aims of this research were to study the current, desirable states and needs of the Ethical Leadership Development of School Administrator under The Bangkok Metropolitan. Using Quantitative methods research approach. The sample of the study were 205 teachers. The research instrument was a 5-rating scaled questionnaire.The research instruments were a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Modified Priority Needs Index (PNI modified)
The research results were as follows : 1) The overall of current and desirable states at medium level and at the high level respectively 2) The needs of the Ethical Leadership Development of School Administrator,the first priority needs such as ethical administrator performance as a higher level (PNI modified = 0.8055) and the second priority was Eliminate ethical administrator dilemmas (PNI modified = 0.6421).
