Abstract

The objectives of this research are to (1) study the organizational culture, knowledge management and job performance of employees in leather and shoe industries in Sriracha district, Chonburi province, and (2) study the knowledge management as the mediator that link between organizational culture and job performance of the employees in leather and shoe industries in Sriracha district, Chonburi province. Sample group used in the research is the 353 people who are working in leather and shoe industries in Sriracha district, Chonburi province which registered with the Department of Industrial Works. Statistical method conducted in this research is the structural equation model via PLS Graph 3.0 program.
As results, (1) It was found that the average value of organizational culture and knowledge management are in medium level. (2) The average value of the job performance of employee is in high level. For analysis results obtained from structural equation model of organizational culture are important factors in motivating changes in employee performance. But such a change requires knowledge management to link continuously, It will improve the performance of employees in a more effective and efficient of performance.
