Abstract

The purpose of this article is to present Buddhist education principles that suitable for people in working-age because this group of people has an important role in developing both economic, social, political and cultural, the whole family community and country. Encountering many problems at work, living in a capitalist society and a globalized world borderless that have high competition causing working group people to have high-stress conditions. Therefore, the management of Buddhists is appropriate to follow the main of Sikkha (the Threefold learning) can help working people to follow it. The precepts can adjust the behavior and make discipline in living a good life for oneself and society. Meditation or the development of a quality mind, capacity, a strong and peaceful mind, and wisdom with correct knowledge has the potential to think and solve problems that right solution. Therefore, using the Sikkha education principle is very important for working age because it will be a mechanism to control the ethics and way of life of this working age group to have good ethical behavior and able to guide society direct ,youth to have good ways in line with good traditional of Thai society.
