Problems with budget spending of the Subdistrict Administrative Organization. Case Study of Prasat Subdistrict Administrative Organization Huai Thap Than District Sisaket Province

Abstract

This research paper aims to study the knowledge and understanding of people and personnel in the organization. On spending on the budget of the Prasat Subdistrict Administrative Organization Huai Thap Than District Sisaket Province It is a quantitative research. The population used in this study consisted of the administrators and members of the Prasat SAO Council, employees, employment workers, village committees and 135 regular health volunteers. A total of 135 people. The study found that most of the respondents had a good understanding of budget spending. The respondents were aware of the estimated income (including subsidies) of the Prasat SAO Sisaket Province. There is an opinion that the tax paid to the Prasat SAO. The sub-district administration organization has adopted the budget appropriately, each year the sub-district administration organization should make informed public expenditures of budget expenditures, a representative from the public sector should be appointed to monitor budget expenditure District, people can be aware of the budget administration of the Prasat SAO.
