School Administration Guidelines under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2 according to the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy for Sustainability Development in the New Norma

Abstract

The aims of this research were  to study the current; desirable states and  guidelines  for  school administration  under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2 according to the Sufficiency Economy  Philosophy in  the New Normal.  Using mixed – methods research approach that consisted of 2 steps they were as follows: (1) The subjects of this study were sampled 220 administrators and teachers. The research instruments were a rating  scaled  questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze the data in this study were percentage, mean, standard deviation and modified Priority Needs Index (PNI modified) (2) Interview 9 experts and analysis data by using content analysis and descriptive statistics. The research results were as follows :  1)The overall of current and desirable states of school administration  according to the philosophy of  sufficiency economy was at a high level  ( =3.75, S.D. =0.62) and ( =4.37, S.D. =0.71) respectively. 2) The guidelines for  school administration  were categorized into 2 issues: the school administration,  1) operation on Vigilant measures against the spread of Coronavirus (2019-n CoV). 2) usage digital platforms for administration, such as (1) instructional material technology and internet management  (2)  provide the lesson plan of Blended Learning -  Onsite and Online  by application zoom , google  classroom and (3) creation curriculum integrating toward  Sufficiency Economy  Philosophy  for Sustainability Development.
