Women’s Leadership Towards the Managements in Social Economic and Political in New Normal Era

Abstract

This article had the objectives 1. Presenting the diverse roles of women in COVID-19, 2. Propose guidelines for developing women's potential and qualifications in the present era and 3. Presenting the qualifications of a role model woman who can solve solutions effectively to COVID-19. The results found that this COVID-19 situation is another test that showed the ability and potential of managing various contexts around them well. Especially, the test of women who had to take on more than one role, including managing matters within the family, at work, and in society. Basic knowledge wasn’t enough; women need to develop themselves to have a body of knowledge. Especially, in the matter of digital, which helps to facilitate work and life. Jacinda Ardern, Prime Minister of New Zealand used digital media well in communication via Facebook Live, as well as showing encouragement rather than directing. The impact of the COVID-19 crisis changed the world that the woman must have the courage to change. The self-development all the time made women successful and able to support themselves and family including being able to share good things with others in society as well. In addition, the government should seriously enforce the support policy to increase the knowledge and digital skills of women workers and housewives to be able to take care of themselves and their families as well as be able to adapt promptly.
