The Study of Causal Relationship Between Some Factor Affecting Efficiency in Approach Working of Loan Officer at Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited in Metropolitan Network Sector 3

Abstract

This research aimed to study causal factors that affected to efficiency in approach working of loan officer Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited in metropolitan network sector 3 and examine concordance between structures model of efficiency in approach working of loan officer Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited in metropolitan network sector 3 and empirical data. Samples of this research were 300 persons of loan officer Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited in metropolitan network sector 3. The tools used in this research were the questionnaire about causal factors that affected to efficiency in approach working of loan officer Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited in metropolitan network sector 3. The statistics used in hypothesis testing was 5 Indicators harmony index. Include Chi-Square, GFI, RMSEA values, NNFI and the CFI. The study causal factors that affected to efficiency in approach working of loan officer Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited in metropolitan network sector 3 showed that the factors of strategy and policy include purpose to success, action plan and mission. Factors of strategy and policy that affect to efficiency in approach working = 0.76 For examine concordance between structures model of efficiency in approach working of loan officer Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited in metropolitan network sector 3 and empirical data had the concordance, considering by Chi-Square = 106.25, Degree of Freedom = 66, P-Value = 0.00, RMSEA = 0.045 and Chi-Square df = 1.609
