Digital Leadership Based on Opinion of Secondary School Teachers in the United Campus Srinakarin under the Office of the Secondary Educational Service Area 2

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study and compare digital leadership based on the opinion of secondary school teachers in the United Campus Srinakarin under the Office of the Secondary Educational Service Area 2 classified by education levels and learning groups. The population were 609 secondary school teachers from the United Campus Srinakarin group in the Office of Education Area School District 2, in the Academic Year 2020 by stratified random sampling. Then the class was randomly selected to study. The proportion of samples from each class was randomly selected equally.  The statistics was set at .05. A sample of 234 people were selected. The tool used for data collection was a 5-point rating scale with the level of reliability value at 0.978. The statistics used in this research were the mean ( ), standard deviation (S.D.), the test values (T - test), and One-way ANOVA.

The research results showed that 1) The overall results of digital leadership based on the opinion of secondary school teachers in the United Campus Srinakarin Affiliated with the Secondary Educational Service Area Office, District 2 were in high level in all 3 aspects. When considered individually, the descending order was digital communication, digital vision, and digital literacy. 2) The  results of  a comparison of digital leadership opinions based on the opinions of secondary school teachers in the United Campus Srinakarin under the Office of the Secondary Educational Service Area 2 were as follows: 2.1) Teachers with different educational levels had opinions differently on the  digital Leadership based on the opinion of secondary school teachers in the United Campus Srinakarin under the Office  of the Secondary Educational Service Area 2, in overall and individual aspects. 2.2) Teachers with different subject groups had opinions on digital leadership based on the opinions of secondary school teachers  in the United Campus Srinakarin under the Office of the Secondary Educational Service Area 2, in the overall and individual aspects differently in terms of digital vision and digital literacy. The difference  was statistically significant at .05, excluding digital communication which indicated no differences.
