Online Learning Lesson Integration through Active Learning Management for Teacher Learning Management in the Crisis of Covid 19

Abstract

This article aims to propose a guideline for learning management in the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) crisis by integrating online learning lessons and active learning management to respond to the current learning situation. The proposed guideline combines two types of learning management namely content integration and the use of media applications as learning management to develop lessons and the model of transferring knowledge from teachers to learners through online channels. This learning method retains the theoretical content and is also a tool to develop learners' learning which will enhance the learning management to be concrete, interesting, and then convey learning contents through the process of active learning. Active learning makes learning management more effective and uses analytical thinking and practice skills to create the body of knowledge where teachers choose learning applications to communicate with learners as teachers are skilled and knowledgeable. Teachers are also facilitators to stimulate and encourage learners to learn and to convey contents according to the principles of the learning process to learners. This will help in learning without confrontation between teachers and students effectively to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus Disease 2019. Therefore, active learning is an important method that helps teachers develop learning management and develop skills in learning online lessons for the learners.
