The Superleadership of Administrator and School Effectiveness Under Ratchaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

The objective of this research is to determine: 1) the superiority of leaders over managers in educational institutions under the jurisdiction of the Office of the Education Area in Ratchaburi Province, Area 2; 2) the effectiveness of educational institutions under the jurisdiction of the Office of the Education Area in Ratchaburi Province, Area 2; 3) the relationship between the superiority of leaders over managers and the effectiveness of educational institutions under the jurisdiction of the Office of the Education Area in Ratchaburi Province, Area 2. The sample group consists of 108 educational institutions under the jurisdiction of the Office of the Education Area in Ratchaburi Province, Area 2, with one participant per institution, namely the Deputy Director of Academic Affairs or the Head of Academic Management. The research instrument used is a questionnaire based on the concepts of "Manz and Sims" for the superiority of leaders over managers and "Marzano" for the effectiveness of educational institutions. The statistical methods used include frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson correlation analysis. The research findings are as follows: 1) Overall, the superiority of leaders over managers in educational institutions under the jurisdiction of the Office of the Education Area in Ratchaburi Province, Area 2 is at a high level. 2) Overall, the effectiveness of educational institutions under the jurisdiction of the Office of the Education Area in Ratchaburi Province, Area 2 is at a high level. The superiority of leaders over managers has a significant positive relationship with the effectiveness of educational institutions under the jurisdiction of the Office of the Education Area in Ratchaburi Province, Area 2 at a statistically significant level of .01.
