Safety Management of Children Development Centers of Administrative Organizations in Chumphon Buri District Surin Province

Abstract

This research aims to: 1) study the level of security management in Early Childhood Development Centers of the local government organization in Chumphon Buri District, Surin Province. 2) To compare the level of security management in Early Childhood Development Centers of the local government organization in Chumphon Buri District, Surin Province, categorized by work experience and affiliation of the centers. The research sample consists of 148 personnel working in Early Childhood Development Centers of the local government organization in Chumphon Buri District, Surin Province. The sampling method employed was stratified random sampling and simple random sampling using a lottery. Data was collected using a questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale, yielding a conformity index of 1 and a questionnaire reliability of 0.96. Statistical methods utilized in the research include percentages, means, standard deviations, and t-tests.

Research findings indicate that: 1) The safety management in early childhood development centers of local administrative organizations in Chumphonburi District, Surin Province, was found to be at a high level overall. When considering specific aspects, all aspects were also at a high level. The aspect with the highest mean was the improvement of safety in educational institutions, followed by the implementation of safety management plans in educational institutions. The aspect with the lowest mean was the planning of safety management in educational institutions. 2) A comparison of safety management in early childhood development centers based on work experience showed no significant differences overall or in any specific aspect. However, when comparing safety management based on the affiliation of the early childhood development centers, significant statistical differences were found at the .05 level.
