บทคัดย่อ

แบบจำลองการยอมรับเทคโนโลยี (Technology Acceptance Model, TAM) เป็นประโยชน์ต่อการคาดการณ์ความตั้งใจ (Intention) การรับรู้ (Perception) และทัศนคติ (Attitude) ของผู้ใช้เทคโนโลยี ซึ่งมีผลโดยตรงต่อพฤติกรรมการทำงานโดยรวม แบบจำลองนี้จึงเป็นเครื่องมือที่ทรงพลังสำหรับการปรับปรุงสมรรถภาพ (Performance) ขององค์กร โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในอุตสาหกรรมการบริการ (Service Industry) ซึ่งกำลังได้รับความสนใจมากขึ้นทุกขณะ งานวิจัยเชิงเอกสารนี้ ได้สำรวจการประยุกต์ใช้แบบจำลองการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีต่ออุตสาหกรรมการบริการที่หลากหลายในระดับนานาชาติ และในบางกรณีแบบจำลองที่ปรับปรุงให้สอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์ (Modified TAM) และ/หรือแบบจำลองเชิงวิจัย (Research Model) ยังถูกเสนออีกด้วย
