Abstract

The objectives of this research were to develop and validate the model of corporate entrepreneurship. The target population included medium and large size manufacturing firms in the industrial estate authority of Thailand. The questionnaire was utilized as a research instrument. A total of 611 completed questionnaires were returned. Structural Equation Model (SEM) by LISREL was used to analyze the data. The results of this study shows that the measurement model is valid and well fitted to empirical data. We found that external environment and internal environment had positive effects on Corporate Entrepreneurship. In this regards, when comparing these two influencing factors, the results indicated that the internal environment had higher positive effect on Corporate Entrepreneurship.
