A Study of the Relationship between Process Factor and Education Quality in School under the Office of the Secondary Educational Service area Office 31

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the level of school process factors under the office of the secondary educational service area office 31, 2) to study the quality of school education under the office of the secondary educational service area office 31, And 3) to study the relationship between process factors and school quality under the office of the secondary educational service area office 31. The research sample was 44 schools under the office of secondary educational service area office 31, during the academic year 2017. The key informants were the head of educational institutions and teachers in school under the office of the secondary educational service area office 31. There were 340 people. The data was collected by using five-rating scale of questionnaires. The item objective congruence : IOC method value was ranked from .80 -1.00 and the overall coefficient reliability of .94.An analysis has been completed by statistic analyzing computer program to find out the percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s product moment correlation
The results of this research were as follows:
- The process factors of the school education under the office of the secondary education service area 31 were in the high level, both as the whole and by each aspect.
- The quality of school education under the office of the secondary educational service area office 31 were in the medium level
3. The relationship between process factors and school quality under the office of the secondary
educational service area office 31, the findings were negative correlation. When considering each side, it was found that. Management process factors have a medium correlation with the quality of school
education. The factors in the process of teaching and learning. And the process of measurement and
evaluation. Low negative correlation.
