Innovative Leadership of School Administrators Affecting to Teaching Efficiency of Teachers under Khonkaen Primary Education Service Area Office 3

The purposes of this research were to study: 1) innovative leadership of school administrators under Khonkaen Primary Education Service Area Office 3, 2) teaching efficiency of teachers under Khonkaen Primary Education Service Area Office 3, 3) relationship between innovative leadership of school administrators and teaching efficiency of teachers under Khonkaen Primary Education Service Area Office 3, and 4) innovative leadership of school administrators affecting teaching efficiency of teachers under Khonkaen Primary Education Service Area Office 3. The sampling group consisted of 434 school administrators and teachers under Khonkaen Primary Education Service Area Office 3, according to Taro Yamane’s formula by using simple random sampling. The research instrument for collecting the data was a five - point rating scale whose content validity was 0.92. The confidence value of the questionnaire in Part 2, Innovative Leadership, was.97, and in Part 3, the teaching efficiency of teachers was.85. The statistical analysis of the data involved the percentage, mean, standard deviation, and correlation of Pearson Product Moment. Stepwise multiple regression was employed to test the hypothesis.
The findings of the research revealed that: 1) The innovative leadership of school administrators under Khonkaen Primary Education Service Area Office 3 was overall at a high level. 2) The overall efficiency of teaching under Khonkaen Primary Education Service Area Office 3 was at a high level. 3) Relationship between innovative leadership of school administrators and the teaching efficiency of teachers under Khonkaen Primary Education Service Area Office 3, there was a moderate positive correlation (rxy = .614**) with statistical significance at the .01 level. And 4) Innovative Leadership of School Administrators Affecting Efficiency of Teaching under Khonkaen Primary Education Service Area Office 3, namely, creative thinking (X5), creating an atmosphere of an innovation organization (X2), and motivating (X6). These predictors could affect and predict 44.20 percent of the efficiency of teaching with statistical significance at the .01 level. These could be formed as the regression equations of the unstandardised score Y´ = 1.583 + 0.250X5 + 0.208X2 + 0.187X6 and the standardised score Zy = 0.280ZX5 + 0.276ZX2 + 0.208ZX6.
