About the Journal
The Faculty of Law, Thammasat University, publishes the Thammasat Law Journal with the aim to dissem- inate, in the form of a scholarly journal, academic knowledge that falls within the scope of law or may be related to law, covering topics that are interesting and useful from both theoretical and practical aspects.It is also aimed to encourage authors from both within and outside the academia to publish scholarly works to the general public.
