THE LESSON LEARNED AND EVALUATION OF MORAL ASSEMBLY IN THE FISCAL YEAR 2015

Abstract

The Lesson Learned and Evaluation of Moral Assembly in the Fiscal Year 2015 aimed 1) to assess process of Provincial Moral Assembly and the 7thNational Moral Assembly in the Fiscal Year 2015, and 2) to evaluate the impact of 7 networking groups’ activities based on National Integrity Plan. This research was a mixed methods approach, qualitative and quantitative approaches. The population of this study consisted of 7 networking groups, 2,000 participants of National Moral Assembly and 500 participants of each Provincial Moral Assembly, 4 provinces. The instruments included the interview, project reports, observation and questionnaires used for participants.

The results showed as follow:

1) The results of evaluation of Provincial Moral Assembly and the 7th National Moral Assembly in the fiscal year 2015 were as follows: effects including knowledge exchange and expand moral network, efficiency including achievement and worthwhileness, process including complement and purpose related, achievement including cooperation and moral attentiveness, and satisfaction including administration, process, public relations, and result were overall at high level.

2) The results of evaluated 7 networking groups’ activities based on National Integrity Plan A.D. 2014-2016, i.e., educational group, media group, religious group, community group, business group, public group and political group, found that all networks process based on the strategies in the National Integrity Plan.

In conclusion, the result of evaluation of Moral Assembly in the Fiscal Year 2015, moderately success, considered from participants were stimulated the moral issues and 7 networks promoted moral and integrity through various activities. They used the National Integrity Plan to lead their projects. Some of them had their own moral mission and strategies. They also promoted the integrity both inside and outside organizations, and totally succeed. Besides, most of organizations have planned to promote it through original groups, new targeted groups, especially child and youth.
