RISK FACTORS IN CHALLENGES OF MANAGING HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS IN THE 21st CENTURY

This paper aimed to (1) review the basic principles of concepts, theories, research, and academic paper form of the risk management and organizational management in Higher Education Institutions, (2) propose a framework of Risk Factors of Management of Higher Education Institutions. The study is based on the review the relevant literature to identity the frameworks of the risk management and organizational management in Higher Education Institutions. The study found that the risk management is very important for Higher Education Institutions, and risk factors in challenges of managing Higher Education Institutions in the 21st century include internal factors which managing the curriculum design and standard have to comply with the Standard Criteria of Higher Education curriculum, The external factors according to the STEEP Analysis theory through the management processes in Higher Education Institutions.
