THE SATISFACTION WITH TYPES OF GEATURE OF COMMUNICATING PARTNERS BETWEEN SUPERIOR AND SUBORDINATE IN PUBLIC RELATIONS PROFESSION

The satisfaction with types of gesture of communicating partners between superior and subordinate in public relations profession were applied to compare the levels of the satisfaction by the variables of gender and age vis-à-vis communicating partners’ gesture types, and to study relations between superiors’ and subordinates’ attributes and levels of satisfaction with communicating partners’ gesture types. The sample of the study consisted of 300 (superior = 109, subordinate = 191 person) permanent public relations personals in private organization.
By gender, the superiors and the subordinates with different gender differed in their satisfaction with communicating partners’ gesture.
