Knowledge Management, InnovativenessAbstract
Organizations all over the world are being faced with common challenges. That is, it is incumbent for them to improve their performance to keep abreast of rapid changes. If any organization can’t adapt themselves to the changes occurring around the environments outside and they are not able to create any invention, the organization is doomed to failure. What reflects how an organization can survive is its ability to produce quality products, increasing sales, competitive advantage and increasing employment. According to the collected data from related literature, it was found that organization’s knowledge management consisted of 3 levels including individual, team or group and organizational levels. The organization having a competitive advantage should be able to create, maintain, enhance and share knowledge among the members of the organization and between organizations in order to support their business operation or to attain the goal determined by the organization.
