An Assessment of Professional Experience Training in Applied Thai Traditional Medicine by CIPP Model: A Case Study of Faculty of Integrative Medicine, Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to evaluate the professional experience training in applied thai traditional medicine by CIPP Model: A Case Study of Faculty of Integrative Medicine, Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi. The target group in the assessment was 42, 4th year students studying in Applied Thai Traditional Medicine curriculum, and 11 mentors who worked in the hospitals in semester 2 Academic Year 2019. Research instruments and collect data was questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis are frequency, percentages, means, and standard deviation.

              The findings of this study revealed that the students opinions as a whole was at high level. The inputs gained the highest mean score, when classified by data found that the teachers mentor have time to advice on operations were at highest level. Followed by the aspects of process found that the orientation, guidance, discipline, and report submission were found at high level. The context found that professional experience training can be applied to practical work in the workplace was at high level. The product of measurement and evaluation are justice were found appropriate at high level. The teachers mentor opinions as a whole was at high level. The process gained the highest mean score, when classified by data found that activities can be applied to the profession was found at highest level. Followed by the aspects of inputs found that be on time in the work was at highest level. The context found that professional experience training is consistent with the needs of the government of hospitals were at high level. The product of the ability to plan for treatment and recommendations correctly were found at high level.
