Guidelines for Administration of Guidance Activities in Schools Doi Inthanon Group under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chiang Mai

Abstract
The objectives of this study were to investigate the guidance activity administration of the Doi Inthanon Schools Group under the supervision of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chiang Mai. and to propose its administrative guidelines. The 186 samples of the study were from the school administrators and the teachers of the group. Questionnaires and 5 key experts interviewing were used and conducted for data collection. Frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation and content analysis were used for data analysis.
It was found that the guidance activity administrative of Doi Inthanon schools group, as a whole, was ranked at high level. The suggestion guidelines for guidance activity administrative of this school group were ; In an aspect of education, there should be concretely directing , following up and teaching from the school administrators. For the purpose of the guidance operational evaluation, the concrete key indicators should be set up and it should be student participation in those process. In term of vocational, there should be a school administrator and teacher cooperative in the conduction of the projects of the student occupation preference surveying and the fund raising for the student ‘s study trips. And for individual and social contact and interaction aspects, personnel in organization should participate in setting up a practical guideline and regulation of further treatment and orderly and systematically operate.
