This purposes of this research were to: 1) to study the levels of using utilizing strategies towards administrative and education organizing development for Bannongtakai school 2) to study the levels result of ordinary National Educational Test score of the Primary 6 students at the Bannongtakai School 3) to study the relationship between strategies towards administrative and education organizing development and ordinary national educational test of the Primary 6 students at the Bannongtakai school. This research was quantitative research within the survey research method which used questionnaires to collected data in the population 13 persons. The statistical analysis was composed of descriptive Statistics consist of frequency, percentage, mean ( ), standard deviation ( ) and inferential Statistics consist of Pearson product moment correlation coefficient at significant level 0.05
